Universities are adopting low-bandwidth, mobile-first and multimodal approaches to expand access to high-quality digital learning. This session examines institutional strategies that combine offline platforms, micro-modules, instructional videos, podcasts and structured webinars to support teaching, learning, and faculty development. Contributions focus on how these approaches can be scaled to address connectivity constraints, strengthen digital pedagogy and support more inclusive and resilient forms of provision.
