The eLearning Africa annual conference and exhibition, which was established in 2005, is the largest and most comprehensive knowledge sharing event for digital education, training and skills on the African continent.

It is a global forum for everyone with an interest in education, training and skills development in Africa. In the past years it has offered thousands of professionals in education, training and development invaluable insights into the evolving world of digital learning.

 

2027 Host Country

The 20th edition of eLearning Africa will take place from 26–28 May 2027 in Lomé, Republic of Togo, co-hosted by the Ministry for Public Service Efficiency and Digital Transformation under the patronage of the Honourable Minister Cina Lawson.

As host of this landmark anniversary edition, Togo provides a fitting setting for a conference dedicated to education, skills development and digital transformation across Africa. In recent years, the country has pursued an ambitious agenda to modernise public services, strengthen digital infrastructure and invest in human capital as a driver of sustainable growth and national competitiveness.

Situated at the crossroads of West Africa, Lomé has established itself as a well-connected regional hub for dialogue, innovation and international cooperation. Through its commitment to entrepreneurship, skills development, digital innovation and public sector reform, Togo is creating new opportunities for learning, investment and sustainable development.

By welcoming eLearning Africa 2027, Togo reaffirms its commitment to working with governments, education institutions, businesses, development partners and innovators from across Africa and beyond, accelerating human capital development, strengthening digital capabilities and advancing practical solutions for inclusive, sustainable growth.
