Biography

Oscar is a Senior Technician at the Institute of Distance Learning and the eLearning Centre of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He manages the Recording Studio in Casley Hayford, overseeing media production, equipment maintenance, and the editing lab. His role includes assisting students, faculty, and staff with studio access, providing media production training, and supporting the pedagogical use of technology. As the Service Support Lead at the eLearning center, Oscar ensures the smooth operation of online learning platforms by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing system administration. He conducts training, develops user guides, and collaborates with IT and educators to enhance the eLearning experience. Additionally, he monitors system performance, assists instructors with course content, and ensures compliance with accessibility and university policies.
