Philip Makafui Ankah is a Senior Assistant Registrar at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC), overseeing academic programs and digital learning initiatives. With a decade of experience in higher education administration, he has led efforts in academic policy development, student services, and technology-driven learning solutions. His expertise spans project management, research coordination, and digital course design, with a focus on governance, elections, and security in West Africa. Philip has facilitated training for security sector professionals and educators, integrating accessibility, cultural relevance, and gender sensitivity into learning programs. Holding degrees in Commerce and Conflict, Peace, and Security, he combines academic depth with practical experience to enhance inclusive education.
