How do teachers transform pedagogy in real classrooms? Across African classrooms, teachers are shaping pedagogical approaches that reflect local realities, cultural contexts and evolving learner needs. This panel examines models that position teachers as active shapers of practice, drawing on collaborative learning structures, action research, participatory design and emerging digital tools. Contributions consider how reflective practice and peer exchange can strengthen instructional confidence and support more relevant teaching.
