Obed Bigirimana, Rwanda's National Coordinator for Article26, a CSR initiative focused on advancing skills development in project, product, and IT service management, vital for Africa's digital evolution. Article26, originating from Maxpert, a renowned German educational institution, derives its name from Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, emphasizing education accessibility.
