Biography
Nigel Gracie is an experienced and passionate leader with 20 years of sales & leadership experience within HR and L&D solutions, with particular knowledge of psychometric assessments. The psychology of performance has always fascinated him, and how the combination of skills, knowledge and behaviour drive success.
He has significant expertise in matching people to the right roles, providing career advice & navigation, facilitating employee engagement, developing job specific behavioural competencies that promote core values, accelerate leadership development, and enable managers to coach, engage, and retain employees.
Away from work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing cricket & golf, and watching most other sports, particularly Bromley FC.
