Biography
Juliette is an Innovation Specialist at UNICEF’s Global Learning Innovation Hub. She leads the Hub's thought leadership and evidence generation on the intersection of EdTech impact, educational equity, and system sustainability, including innovation research under the umbrella of the EdTech for Good initiative — a global reference point for evaluating the quality, safety, and scalability of EdTech. She manages the UNICEF Secretariat for the UNESCO-UNICEF Gateways to Public Digital Learning Initiative.
Previously at UNESCO, Juliette coordinated the Digital Transformation Collaborative, a multistakeholder alliance dedicated to steering the human-centred, equity-oriented integration of technology and AI into education systems. A Fulbright scholar and Teach for America alum, Juliette began her career as an English teacher and holds an MSc in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford.
