Hatem Radwan

Biography

Hatem Radwan is an education technology leader and strategic advisor with more than 18 years of experience across teaching, educational leadership, government engagement, and digital transformation in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He is Education Strategy Director for the International Government Sector at NetDragon Websoft Holdings, where he supports ministries and government agencies in aligning advanced education technologies with national education strategies. His work focuses on AI-powered learning solutions, digital education ecosystems, intelligent classroom frameworks, and scalable approaches that improve teaching quality and learner engagement.

Hatem brings strong experience in EdTech solution design, pre-sales consultancy, RFP development, educator training, product demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in his career, he held teaching and academic leadership roles at Al Ittihad Private School and Dubai International School, and contributed to regional digital learning communities through leadership roles with Edmodo. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the Lebanese University Faculty of Sciences and a Teaching Diploma in Educational Leadership and Administration from the Modern University for Business and Science. He is also a Microsoft Certified Educator, Google Certified Educator Level 2, and Edmodo Certified Trainer.
