Biography
Passionate about innovative solutions that help address the performance challenges of African organizations and public administrations, Mr. Brice AKA is committed to working toward transforming African human capital into a driver of sustainable development in Africa. After 15 years working on education projects funded by USAID Senegal and implemented by CESAG in Dakar to support continuing education, skills development, and employability for nearly 5,000 young leaders from 25 French-speaking sub-Saharan African countries, Brice decided to put his expertise and skills to good use within his community in Agboville, Côte d'Ivoire. A professional in administration, strategy, project management, and education for sustainable development, Brice is also married and the father of three children. With the education and upbringing of his children as his top priority, Brice designs and implements a community service project aimed at sustainably engaging families and communities to strengthen children's fundamental skills through a hybrid model that can be replicated in resource-limited contexts. Mr. Brice AKA is enrolled in the doctoral program at the African Center for Higher Studies in Management (CESAG) in Dakar, where he is conducting research in management and strategy. He holds a Master II in Business Administration from the IAE in Poitiers, France, and a Master's degree in Management Sciences from the Félix Houphouët Boigny University in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
