Biography
Claver is an education specialist with over 30 years’ experience in education at both policy and practice levels. He has vast experience and expertise in education policy and planning having worked in Ministries of education in Tanzania, Rwanda and Malawi and has been a teacher in different schools including Teacher Training Colleges. As a consultant, Claver has recently reviewed different policies including but not limited to Education sector policies, Teacher development and management policies, and ICT4Education policies. Claver has been on different management or advisory boards/ councils at national and international levels. He has also worked on different projects on institutional development and capacity building. From 2021 to date Claver is working with Three Stones International (TSI), Education Development Centre (EDC) and Right to Play (RTP) on Teacher professional development using Learning Through Play with Technology teaching approach studies supported by LEGO Foundation.
