This session examines how work-based learning and applied pedagogy can strengthen the transition from training to employment through closer engagement with industry and communities. Drawing on Finnish and international experience, it considers how these approaches can remain locally relevant, adaptable and environmentally, socially and economically sustainable across diverse contexts.
