Building Trustworthy Futures: Leadership, Knowledge, and Ethics in Africa’s Digital Transformation (EN/FR)

Africa’s digital transformation is accelerating, placing new demands on leadership, governance, and learning systems. As infrastructure expands and institutions adapt to rapid technological change, the challenge is to build systems that are both future-ready and trustworthy. This plenary brings together perspectives from public leadership and education to examine how policy, institutional capacity, and leadership can strengthen learning systems, reduce inequalities, and ensure digital progress reflects African priorities.
