Biography
Zeynep Varoglu is the Senior Programme Specialist in the Universal Access to Information Section of the Communication and Information Sector at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. Ms Varoglu is responsible for supporting the implementation of the UNESCO 2019 Recommendation on Open Educational Resources (OER), the UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers (ICT CFT), as well as initiatives in open, distance, flexible, and online education.
Ms Varoglu holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Education (MEd) from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto.
