Zeinab Mzungu is an experienced instructional designer and passionate advocate for innovative e-learning solutions. Having earned a Bachelor's degree in Education (Science) and a Master's degree in Research and Public Policy, both from Egerton University, Zeinab combines a strong foundation in pedagogical principles with a deep analysis and understanding of emerging technologies. This unique blend of expertise allows her to bridge the gap between educational theory and practical implementation in the digital realm. Throughout Zeinab's career at KENET, she has played a pivotal role in training research and educational institutions including universities and TVETs on the skills and strategies needed to effectively use e-learning platforms and technologies. Zeinab's current focus revolves around utilizing data analytics to craft personalized e-learning experiences. By championing these innovations and imparting her knowledge to others, she aims to empower faculty with the skills they need to thrive in the digital age.
