Biography
Iradukunda has served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of ICT and Innovation since March 2020 and has been instrumental in shaping the telecommunications policy of Rwanda and brokering innovative partnerships to expand digital inclusion and connectivity. Iradukunda is also serving as a Board Deputy of the EDISON Alliance, a collaborative network that is fostering global digital inclusion, aiming to connect 1 billion people by 2025 to essential services. Yves joined public service from Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy, where he served as the Rwanda Country Director. Prior to AGGP, he was a Senior Director at MASS Design Group, a global design firm with offices in the U.S. and Kigali. Yves launched his career working with Bridge2Rwanda as a professional career advisor with a focus on talent development and placement, coaching and counselling scholars with regards to their personal growth and careers. Yves is an alumni of the African Leadership University School of Business where he earned an MBA degree. He holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University.
