Biography
Yves Dambach is the CEO of ENCAF (Ecosystème numérique international pour les compétences métiers - International Digital Ecosystem for Business Skills). He has 35 years’ experience in the creation and management of companies in Training and Digital Learning. In 2018, Mr Yves Dambach was called upon to lead the eLearning working group within the international Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF), and since September 2020, he has been managing the subsidiary company, ENCAF, with the mission to mobilise the human and financial resources necessary for the realisation of the project.
At eLearning Africa 2023, Yves Dambach will discuss new perspectives and opportunities for mobility in vocational and technical training in Africa to tackle the deficit of vocational training in rural areas in Sub-Saharan Africa. This ENCAF initiative aims to set up mobile structures which will allow training to take place in places where there are no training centres.
