Biography
Having served in various roles in higher education, including faculty, instructional designer, LMS administrator, district director of instructional, and dean of online instructional support, among others, Dr Yaping Gao is a well-respected educator, strong advocate for international education, and unwavering champion for lifelong learning and education for all.
During 2016-2023, Dr Gao served as VP Member Services & Global Partnerships at Quality Matters, USA, overseeing member services for 1300+ institutions and organizations globally, spanning 40 countries across 6 continents, in support of their strategic goals to ensure academic quality and student success in online education and digital learning.
