William Afrifa-Konadu

Biography

William Christodea Afrifa-Konadu is a multidisciplinary professional with a background in finance, marketing, and management. A proud old student of Adisadel College, he holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK) and is a Certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute. He is currently pursuing an MPhil in Marketing at the University of Professional Studies, Accra. He serves as a Programmes Officer at the UPSA Enterprise and Innovation Centre, where he supports the development and implementation of programmes focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth empowerment. His work centres on creating platforms that connect young people to opportunities for learning, leadership, enterprise development, and personal growth. William is passionate about building impactful initiatives that equip young people with the skills, mindset, and networks needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
