Biography
Dr Waleed Al-Ali is the Secretary-General of The Digital School. He is also a Senior Adviser at Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, General Coordinator of the Madrasa e-learning initiative, and Coordinator for the Dubai Future Council for Humanitarian Aid. He brings extensive experience in strategic planning, and digital and educational transformation. He has worked with leading private and public organisations in the UAE, including Dubai Holding, the UAE Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, the Engineers Office of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Learning Programme.
Dr Waleed holds a PhD in Project and Innovation Management, a Master’s degree in IT Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security.
