Biography
Vincent Nyirigira, Project Manager, Capacity Development for ICT in Education (CADIE) is a four-year project developed to enhance ICT utilization in Education in line with the National Strategy for Transformation (NST1 2017-2024). The CADIE project is part of the collaboration between the Rwanda Ministry of Education and the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
Holds Master of Science (MS) in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Kenya), Graduate of the University of Greenwich (UK) earning a BSc. BIT in Business Information Technology. Member of UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers Harnessing Open Educational Resources (OER) Champion, and a certified Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE).
