Biography
Addi is the founder of Learning Factory, an instructional technology and training company. Addi has 18 years of experience facilitating digital skills training. Addi lectures on a part-time basis at Arrupe Jesuit University in the Bachelor of Science degree program in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.
Addi is studying for a PhD. in Learning, Design, and Technology at the University of Georgia (USA). Addi’s research focuses on enhancing the use of digital media in instruction by developing an understanding of learners’ attentiveness to content presented through digital media.
Addi believes that contemporary and emerging digital technologies can enhance access to education across Africa. In 2022 Addi initiated a biannual technology exposition which gives students and educators across Zimbabwe the opportunity to engage with and learn about contemporary and emerging digital technologies which are shaping the future of education and the world of work.
