Simon Reardon is an accomplished pre-sales engineering manager with over 15 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Solutions Engineer for EMEA at Class, Simon excels in aligning technology solutions with customer needs, fostering strong relationships with clients, and guiding channel partners through technical presentations and implementations. His role involves showcasing Class Technologies' advanced learning platforms, managing proofs of concept, and providing training and support to both direct customers and partners.

Before joining Class, Simon held a key position at Oblong Industries, where he worked as a Sales Engineer, bridging the gap between sales teams and clients for visual collaboration solutions. His notable projects included enhancing collaboration for JLL and the UK Ministry of Defence. Prior to this, Simon was the Head of Technical Solutions for EMEA at Echo 360, playing a pivotal role in securing multi-million-pound contracts with major institutions like the University of Edinburgh and UCL.

Simon's career began with roles in technical support and network specialization, providing a solid foundation in IT and engineering. He is certified in numerous technical disciplines, including Microsoft, Cisco, and Polycom, and has continually developed his skills in project management, virtualization, and cloud security.
