Biography

Shuubi teaches ICT Project Management, Commercial laws for ICT and Computer Application. Her research focuses on learning management systems, open source, and blended learning. After spending nearly five years in system analysis, database management and consultancy for information systems, she knows what truly drives management and learning information system. Lead a team in establishment of St John's University of Tanzania Online Application System (SJUT-OAS).The project was behind schedule and met goals and objectives on time.” We achieved B+ results with C- resource”.

Shuubi has done Management Information System Consultancy with Health Promoting & System Strengthening (HPSS) for Database Management Support to Insurance Management Information System (IMIS) and to Open Medis: A web based database that store Information on medical equipment and related management technology systems.

She holds BSc with honours in Business Information Technology and MSc in Strategic Information Technology Management both from Wolverhampton University. Currently, Shuubi serves as Acting Director at Centre for Information and Communication Technology.
