Biography
Shoroke Zedan is the CEO and Managing Director of Ta’heal for VET Skills Excellence. She has spearheaded numerous challenging transitional initiatives and brings over 30 years of experience in designing and delivering strategic direction, grounded in the active engagement of beneficiaries and workstream sponsors across the Middle East and Africa. She is recognised for leading interventions that have become embedded within diverse institutions, paving the way—through opinion leaders and policymakers—for spreading awareness, promoting evidence-based reform, and shaping public opinion.
Throughout her career, she has drawn upon best practices from multiple disciplines and has spent the majority of her professional life working in strategic regions around the world. Her work focuses on fostering lasting impact through the use of frameworks and processes necessary to create and sustain system-wide change. Ms Zedan collaborates closely with key stakeholders to exchange perspectives, identify emerging opportunities and address critical challenges within the context of evolving economic, social, and political transitions—boosting both internal and external support and impact.
