Biography

Seyni Ndiaye Fall is a Senegalese civil servant specialized in the digital transformation of education and the modernization of public information systems. As Director of ICT Promotion and Coordinator of the Integrated National Education Management System (SIMEN) at the Senegalese Ministry of National Education, he leads several strategic reforms related to the digitization of education, data governance, and the integration of digital technology and artificial intelligence into the education system. With over twenty-five years of experience, he is working to create a more effective, inclusive, and resolutely forward-looking education system.
