Biography
Seth Ogoe Ayim, PMP, MPA, MIS, CITIP, is the Co-founder and CEO of Bountiful Technologies Co Ltd. and President of the Bountiful STEM Educational Foundation, where he leads initiatives advancing STEM, AI, robotics, coding, IoT, VR, and computer science education across Ghana and West Africa.
With over 19 years of experience in technology, education, project management, and digital transformation, Seth specialises in STEM and EdTech programme development, teacher training, and curriculum innovation. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Education Inquiry, Measurement, and Evaluation at Brigham Young University’s McKay School of Education in the United States, with research focused on STEM education, computational thinking, robotics, coding, and teacher professional development.
Seth has contributed to the development of STEM education programmes at institutions including the University of Cape Coast, and has led training initiatives in robotics, AI coding, and engineering design for teacher educators. He also serves as Vice President of Strategic Development on the Global Board of the BYU Management Society.
