Biography

Sergio Estupiñán is a Ph.D. in Education Sciences from the University of Geneva and co-founder of Beekee, a Swiss Educational Technologies startup. Along with his team at Beekee, he is committed to overcoming the blockers that prevent a third of humanity from accessing quality education and training oportunities. Beekee  makes digital learning possible everywhere by creating innovative, independent, and resilient offline-ready solutions. With a diverse background that spans computer science, international development, and learning sciences, Sergio is experienced at devising strategies, forging partnerships, and leading impactful projects. His role at Beekee is crucial in tailoring their products and services to meet the specific educational and capacity-building needs of various clients and partners, including international humanitarian organizations like Doctors Without Borders and the ICRC, as well as prominent universities and international cooperation agencies.
