Biography
Samuel is a strategic agent of change with strong knowledge of both ICT and project management principles. In his work with non-profit organizations, he developed a passion for using information technology for positive change.
Samuel leads the technical support initiatives in learning and capacity building for youth, providing the organization-level assistance to the program development team to implement and amend the learning experience to suit learners’ expectations. Samuel lead also the planning, operations and implementation of the Corporate Social Corps program, a joint program between IBM and DOT Rwanda. The program mobilizes expert IBMers to work with local partners on initiatives that have a long-term impact in their communities.
Samuel holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University and a bachelor degree in computer engineering and information technology from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology.
