Biography
Samson Wambuzi is the Co-founder and CEO of Yiya Solutions, building inclusive education pathways for last-mile youth in Africa. A former physics teacher and Makerere University graduate, he was a 2023–24 Obama Scholar at Columbia University. Inspired by his own childhood, Samson leads the implementation of AirLearning, an offline Edtech platform delivering quality education via radio, USSD, and AI-powered voice tutoring. Yiya's work has been recognized by MIT Solve, the African Union, and CNN.
