Biography
Rushika Pattni has over 10 years of experience in various sectors, spanning from data analytics to academia and financial services. Rushika holds a double B.A. in Economics and Public Health from Yale University and an Executive MBA from Hult Business School in Dubai, with a specialisation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Rushika's passion for education began when she joined the African Leadership Group as a faculty member, where she was involved in developing and designing curriculum to expand their university campus and accelerator hub for over 600 students in Rwanda and Kenya. Since then, she has started her own Training Consultancy in Dubai and Tanzania, focusing on training youth in skills to prepare them for the future of work.
