Biography
Ronja Hoelzer is a project manager at GIZ with nearly 20 years of experience in international cooperation, including work with UNICEF and UNHCR across Africa and other international contexts. Her work focuses on education, digital transformation and complex, crisis-affected environments. She has worked closely with ministries, civil society and private sector actors throughout her career. She currently manages a pan-African programme on digital skills and has led multi-country initiatives implemented on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the European Union and other international partners.
