Biography
Philippe Da Costa joined the Chaucot-Dubost In (CDI) Group in 2008, after having been in charge of training for 10 years in a large private group, in the field of IT and more particularly digital imaging. Within the CDI Group, he is responsible for the Training and Pedagogical Engineering Department, and was appointed in March 2023 as Expert Advisor of the Digital University of Gabon (UNG).
Since 2008, his mission is to develop CDI's international activity in the field of education and vocational training, in Portuguese and French speaking countries. He has carried out missions in different countries of the African continent, such as Morocco / Tunisia / Burkina Faso / Ivory Coast / Cameroon / Cape Verde / Angola / Mozambique / Gabon / Senegal / Benin. He has also conducted projects in Central America (Costa Rica) and South America (Bolivia and Brazil). His role is to promote Open Educational Resources (OER), through training and pedagogical engineering projects, and the production of digital educational content.
Recently, it has been working on the establishment of international partnerships and the development of cooperation projects between digital universities in Brazil, France, São Tomé-and-Príncipe, and Gabon. These projects concern methods of translation and gamification of OER in the field of health and sport.
