Biography

Pauline is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University. She supports Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning activities in the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program e-Learning Initiative, which is a trilateral partnership between the Mastercard Foundation, United States International University-Africa, and Arizona State University to support partner institutions in building the capacity to accelerate, adopt, and sustain e-learning. Pauline has led and co-led domestic and international research projects, analyzed data from qualitative and qualitative data from large projects, and supervised multiple research teams. Her teaching and research interests focus on education development in African contexts, particularly inequalities of access and learning, education policy, and policy analysis.
