Biography
Pauline Ingabire is the IT Manager for the Secondary Teachers English Language Improvement Rwanda (STELIR) project, which she has supported since its inception in November 2022. The STELIR project is delivered in collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation and implemented by the British Council in partnership with the Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB). On this project, Pauline manages all IT aspects of the projects, with a focus on providing a conducive environment for online English placement tests and Online English course.
Pauline’s passionate has always been on removing barriers to accessing professional development for teachers. Pauline worked for several education projects, that thrived to improved teachers access to professional development through a self-paced learning option or online learning. Pauline holds a ME in data Analytics and Information Systems (Arden University) and a BA in Computer Science and Systems (University of Rwanda).
