Hon. Paula Ingabire

Biography

Hon. Paula Ingabire is the current Minister of ICT & Innovation in Rwanda, serving on the World Economic Forum's Board of Trustees and as part of the leadership of the Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development. Before her appointment, she led the ICT Business Development Department of the Rwanda Development Board, coordinated the Kigali Innovation City Project, and worked as the Smart Africa coordinator, an initiative aimed at driving Africa's socio-economic growth through broadband infrastructure. Minister Ingabire graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's School of Engineering & Sloan School of Management with a degree in System Design and Management, and holds a BS in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology.
