Biography
Paul Webb is Professor Emeritus at the Nelson Mandela University, South Africa and is Co-Project Leader of the Digital Initiative for African Centres of Excellence (DIGI-FACE). He is also Project Leader, South Africa for the East and South African Centre of Excellence for Education Research Methodologies and Management (CERM-ESA). Both Projects are supported by the DAAD, Germany.
