Patricia Musiime is a Program Manager at Carnegie Mellon University Africa, where she drives initiatives that bridge academia and industry to enhance student employability and innovation. She leads programs that connect students to startups and companies through hands-on learning experiences, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in a competitive global tech landscape.
Her work focuses on building strategic partnerships, designing impactful innovation programs, and mentoring students as they navigate internships, research, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
