Biography
Mr Ousmane Ndoye is an eLearning engineer graduated from the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle. He also holds a Master's degree in French Literature and a Master's degree in Media Education, obtained respectively at the University of Marne-la-Vallée (Paris-Est) and at the UGB of Saint-Louis. As an ICTE trainer and FOAD policy and system analyst, he has been Head of the ICTE and FOAD Department at the Centre Régional de Formation des Personnels de l'Education (2012-2017) before joining the Université Virtuelle du Sénégal in 2018 as Head of Programmes and Monitoring-Evaluation.
