Biography

Onyekachi is the CEO/Co-founder of Edutech Global and leads the business, focused on strategy, business development, and growth. Ginger has led the company as it globally expands in the Middle East and Africa and recently as it makes its strides into North America.

She has broad experience which spans across general and strategic management, designing and deploying business and IT solutions, Human Resources, Project Management, Business and Academic research, business advisory etc. and as a result can operate comfortably and confidently in the strategic/executive management space in various advisory and execution roles.

She is a self-driven, result-driven, energetic, and dynamic manager/leader with strong research, analytical, problem solving, teaming, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, she has the ability to diagnose and understand the total picture and business viewpoint, designing and executing practical business solutions required to cope in a fast-paced business environment.

She has attended various management/business training and is currently studying part-time for a Doctorate in Business Administration. This is to better position her as a thought leader in the Leadership/Business / Management arena. She is Big 4 Trained and has extensive experience in the Fintech and financial inclusion space. As a result-driven individual, Ginger ensures deliverables are achieved despite challenges.
