Dr. Ona Newton is a global Educator and thought leader in education innovation, AI-powered adaptive learning, and large-scale talent development. As Founder/CEO of Tobams Group and Recycled Learning for Kids (RLK), she has designed adaptive learning systems tested with over 100,000 learners and partnered with more than 50 universities to advance future-skills education. A prolific scholar and author of over 150 books and papers - including publications with Oxford - Dr. Newton’s work integrates evidence-informed pedagogy, technology, and strategic design to close global skills gaps. Her mission is to build creative, future-ready learning ecosystems that empower learners, educators, and institutions worldwide.
