Biography
Dr O. E. Nthebolang is currently Manager of the Graduate Research & Innovation department at the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) of Botswana. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy – Educational Leadership and Management from University of South Africa (UNISA, 2021), Master of Education (Curriculum & Instruction, 2011) and Bachelor of Education (Science-Biology, 2000) both from the University of Botswana (UB). He has undertaken training on a series of Research Management and Intellectual Property related programmes conducted by World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), and Southern African Research Innovation and Management Association (SARIMA). He has also participated in the SARIMA – NCURA research and innovation exchange programme, in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, 2017.
