Biography
Ntumba is ICT and Innovation Coordinator for the Horn of Africa Region at InZone - Global Studies Institute, Université de Genève. He has eight years experience working in the management of humanitarian operations and five years working in the tech industry as ICT professional. Since 2016 he is supporting operations, ICT and innovation of higher education in emergencies. Ntumba has a certificate in Higher Education in Emergencies from the University of Geneva and in ICT from Tunapanda institute, a Diploma in Liberal Art form Regis University, Associate in Business Administration from University of the People, and a BA in Electrical Engineering from Goma College of Applied technology. Ntumba lives in Kenya and is currently testing connectivity models in remote areas of Africa to support Higher Education access for all.
