Nausheen Sidiqi

Biography

Nausheen Siddiqi is an Electrical Engineer with a Master’s in Education who brings a unique blend of technical expertise and educational leadership to her work. Her professional journey began in the corporate sector, where she held senior leadership roles including Vice President for Group Technology in an investment bank and Head of Technology for a manufacturing firm. In each of these roles, her goal was to align business vision with technology, driving innovation, efficiency, and long-term impact.

Seven years ago, Nausheen transitioned into education for the very same reason: to bridge the gap between vision and technology in ways that transform learning communities. She now serves as the Head of Technology at Al-Rayan International School, where she leads the integration of cutting-edge systems and digital strategies that empower both students and staff. She is also the Director of Transformative Technology Programme at Association of International Schools in Africa. Her work emphasizes not only operational excellence but also the responsible and purposeful use of technology in education.
