Biography
Naledi Mohohlo is a seasoned Business Transformation Leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering large-scale, high-impact technology projects across the SADC region.
She currently serves as Regional Service Delivery Executive at Adapt IT Pty Ltd, where she oversees national operations, leads strategic digital education projects, retains key clients, and drives new business development across Southern Africa.
Her expertise spans EdTech, corporate strategy, digital transformation, ICT strategy formulation, operations, and change management. She has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Naledi has successfully delivered multi-million Pula initiatives in both the public and private sectors, helping institutions streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and better serve their communities.
Positioned at the intersection of education and innovation, she harnesses platforms such as Moodle and ITS Integrator to support higher education institutions in reimagining teaching, learning, and administration—ensuring technology delivers measurable value.
