Biography

Nafidh Ally Mola is a Tanzanian software engineer, AI and machine learning expert, and recipient of the 2024 Young Achiever Award in the Young Developer Programmer category. His journey into technology began at the age of eight, and he has since led impactful innovations in digital education, agriculture, and public systems. Nafidh is the visionary behind Tichika, an AI-powered EdTech platform that provides students in Tanzania with an intelligent learning companion, utilising natural language processing and the Gemini API. He is currently studying Computer Science at the Institute of Finance Management. Through initiatives like Tichika, Nafidh is empowering learners with accessible, personalised education, helping to bridge the gap in digital literacy and learning support across the country.
