Mosa Thekiso

Biography

Mosa Thekiso is legal, public policy and regulatory executive with extensive experience in digital policy, telecommunications regulation, and emerging technology governance across African markets. At Vodacom Group, she is the Acting Managing Executive for Regulatory, where she leads strategic regulatory work spanning digital services, artificial intelligence, and broader public policy issues, with a focus on enabling innovation, inclusion, and sustainable growth in the digital economy.

Mosa holds an LLB and LLM from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, and a Master of Law and Business from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and brings a commercially grounded perspective to complex legal and regulatory issues affecting the future of digital transformation.
