Biography
Moheb Gamal is a Deputy of the eLearning Center of Excellence (ELICA). He is working for the Information Technology Institute(ITI) which is affiliated to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt ( MCIT) , Moheb has more than 8 years’ experience in the eLearning field specially in Instructional Design area , As Deputy of ELICA he is responsible for Leading Content Development Projects in Arabic and English Language for Mobile and Computer based training . Moheb is working on his Master’s Degree in Educational Technologies in Cairo University and he has a big contribution to share the eLearning culture in the Egyptian Community.
