Biography
Michela Pagano is a Project Officer in the Section for Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Education within the Future of Education and Innovation Division at UNESCO. She works with countries on ICT policy development, teacher capacity building, and curriculum/content development. Michela contributed to the organization of several editions of Mobile/Digital Learning Week and the International Forum on AI and Education. She supports UNESCO's work in Artificial Intelligence in Education, including the development of publications, guidance and competency frameworks. Previously, she started her career at European Schoolnet in Brussels before joining UNESCO offices in Nairobi and Paris. Michela holds a master's degree in development economics and international relations from the University of Pavia, Italy.
