Biography
Since 2014, Michael has led international education partnerships and programmedelivery at NetDragon, co-driving collaborations with Pearson, Disney, TokyoShoseki, and the Ministry of Education of Serbia, etc. He currently spearheads NetDragon’s partnerships with UNESCO Headquarters and UNESCOICHEI, andfacilitates collaboration with UNESCO IITE, aligning joint activities andprogrammatic initiatives. In parallel, as a Senior Education Research Fellow at the Smart Learning Institute(BNU), Hao contributed to the establishment of the China–CEEC Joint Virtual Labfor Future Education and the Academic Network for Education of theChina-CEECHEIC, supporting regional smart education and responsible AI initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe
